the easiest way to obtain information from a computer system, is to get a job working there. most computer hackers/experts could easily bluff their way into a job for most relevant IT related work.
why wouldn't rouge IT security staffers not care about some beach front resort phishing on the customers they are supposed to protect? maybe they're waiting for the oracle database to finish backing up on their pen drive?
