No regulation is best regulation
"No regulation --> coordinate attacks --> blow up places & people --> terror --> submit to radicals --> mideval control --> suppression of thought."

Your scenario does not add up. Terrorism can NEVER win a war against the US. There are just not enough terrorists to do it. Your assumption that American citizens would "submit" is WRONG.

The 9/11 terrorist attack was a great success for Osama because the US Government made it that way. By their suppression and spying on our own people, they have harmed this country more than Osama ever dreamed possible. There were citizens who were willing to get on planes the day after 9/11, but the cowardly government wouldn't let them until they had forced the airlines to the brink of bankruptcy and beyond.

Blame terrorists all you want for destroying the World Trade Center, because they carried out the attack. But blame the suppression of thought and expression on the US Government, because they are carrying out a reign of terror against us.
