- Several problems with 2003

I have deployed office pro 2003 and word toolbars come up missing everyday. I have users that use word with outlook and when the close a word document/attachment in outlook it totally closes word which you have running separate.
Email does not notice when you have accidentally duplicated an email address to the send to: it just send them a double email.
Help!!!
