when security officers create beurocracy...
i agree with you tonerboy. recently, i had informed a local bank (my bank) that there was e-mail spam/phishing attacks on their customers. not only did i forward a copy of the e-mail, i tracked the e-mail/proxy server down to a small beach front resort in tropical mid-asia. not only did they not return my phone calls, did not ask for an explination or the circumstance nor did they ask how i tracked down the malicious internet 'know not' (user). One thing that would have been good for them to do, is ask me how to stop an internationally born phishing scam to mitigate their customers exposure. For I know how to stop it, and i know how to prevent it... and it doesn't include sending goons to a beach front resort to 'break some knee caps'... although that would be nice too..

check your credit scores.. and to those whom find errors in digitally networked systems.. be nice and tell those whom it affects most, just hope for kindness in return..
