Microsoft OS is a bunch of spaghetti code, but uses are a bunch of spaghetti eaters and will cook up how to use a system in the ways that are easiest for them, including using ole Kaza to open themselves up to others, turning off the firewall to get the network working, posting their configs in a forum including passwords because poster said those things would assist in fixing their prob. etc etc.
