Well, your computer is one of a kind then
We mainly use 2000 and some use the crappy XP, but I found in most cases when I click the M$ browser, it pops right up. When I click the FF, it rumbles and rumbles.. until finally you get a browser... People do not like that lag to start-up. Glad your FF or computer is different.
