Netscape update fixes Firefox bugs

Strange title

The handling of Firefox and Netscape is a little weird at times:
"Netscape update fixes Firefox bugs".

It makes it sound as if Netscape made a patch to fix Firefox's browser.

I've noticed the way the browser stories seem to play out on ZD ...
It seems when there is something good to talk about Netscape's Firefox rendering engine, then it is a "Netscape" feature. But when it copies a Mozilla patch into the Netscape core, then it's a "Firefox" engine fix. Is it me? ... oh well..

Anyway, all of you guys and gals have always voted "timely fixes" as a main priority. Netscape will ALWAYS have to wait until Mozilla patches before THEY can.

God help Netscape if they have a problem that neither IE or Mozilla has (like something in their cross-rendering code), because then they WILL be in trouble. These guys are browser "combiners" ... not "patchers".
