I originally found other copies of that article. I find the discussion thread on your copy most interesting.

You note that toadlife qualifies with "home users" in "overwhealming majoity of home users don't use Windows 2000". In light of this article on business use and the absence of actual data for home users I think toadlife's assertion is just blind NBM wishful thinking and hardly common sense.
