Outbreak Express
Most users (businesses too) use the free Outlook Express that comes with every version of Windows...and there is no way to turn off the preview pane, and in regular Outlook you have to manually turn the preview mode off for every email folder you create.

This enables malicious code that is embedded in the email text to automatically execute. Thus if you are using Outlook Express you are wide open and defenseless...hence the "Outbreak Express" remark.

This isn't an issue of inept users, this is an issue of inept development by Microsoft.
