Problems with rebates from Symantec
Under their rules you must purchase a copy for each PC that you plan on loading their software on; this can get expensive. I wait for the discounts and then buy a copy with the rebates and save money. However, I have noticed that Symantec is not giving this near $0 rebate on only one copy that you purchase; it stated as one per household.

I had a problem when I was upgrading from older versions when I purchased three copies. I had to contact Symantec and deal with their support manager directly.

If more people would drop their subscription they would have to change they way they treat their customers.
