Wait, lets see, after rebates last year, total cost of Norton = $0.00
Granted, they had a temporary loan of my funds while I waited for the rebate ... but if consumers watch the sales and rebate offers, all you really pay is tax and/or shipping. Unless they're also changing those offers, I don't see this affecting me.

If I change to another vendor, it'll be because I've been testing some other alternatives over the last year (I didn't like AVG, but have had good results with both Trend Micro and Kaspersky).
