And you're defending MS?
If you're paying attention, the publish date for MSXML 4.0 SP2 is 6/2/2003, while the publish date for MSXML 3.0 SP7 is 8/11/2005. It's MS who care so much about their "obsolete and non-conformant" features. The rest of us are just forced into updating their swiss cheese over and over again.

But that's not the point. MS released a bug fixing service pack and yet it's not on their update sites. Heck, they don't even put it on their download site. You have to know of its existence and search for it before you can find it. And they even jump a SP version. That means if you were looking for SP6, you're out of luck.
