This is just too delicious
Poor record co. pr*cks are gonna get a nice pie thrown back in their face. Kazaa suing for copyright infringement? YES!!! What comeuppance! And rightfully so. The courts have repeatedly concluded that file trading sites are, in themselves, not illegal. Attacking these sites should be considered no different than trying to hack microsoft.com. But considering the courts "rewarded" the RIAA with 400 million dollars for price fixing a few years back, I'm betting Kazaa will not get very far with this..
