Term limits ??
Yes the Constitution does limit the number of years that any one person can serve as president to ten, which sets an effective limit to two terms, but we also have specified time limits to each term of office.

That we fail to throw out the bad and just plain incompetent after the first term is an indictment of the voters, not of the law.
