It looks like Microsoft is in violation of the PATRIOT act.
"The IE issue is more than a month old and has yet to be fixed by Microsoft"

So if Microsoft knowingly allows a flawed peice of software to exist on EVERY computer that uses Windows and CAN NOT be removed and can be used by terrorists to steal money to support their terrorists cells.

Then Microsoft is in violation ofthe PATRIOT act and should be charged as so.
