I'm not surprised.....
I've recieved e-mails like that from PayPal, Ebay and many, many other places [including banks & other institutions I've never heard of]

What gets me is that people fall for it.
If I get something like that, first thing:
Is it from someone I do business with?
If not, it gets trashed

If it is someone I do business with, I call them
and verify it.
