So, where's the download to correct this problem?

I have been using the free version of ZoneAlarm firewall for two years without a problem. (And AVG, also free, for my anti-virus - both include free updates!) I used to use Symantec's product and it let in all kinds of nasty viruses and worms (and I had to pay for their lousy software!)
