Confused
I'm confused. The title of this article says "Cybersecurity firms could get tax breaks." But in the first paragraph of the article, it alludes to companies that adopt cybersecurity practices.

So who's getting the tax break according to this proposal? Cybersecurity developers or the customers who buy/install them?

Wish ZDNet would hire a proofreader once in a while.
