What are the qualifications of all 10 of these people. My experience with university professors is that they generally live in some parallel universe.

Anyway, I seriously doubt that an electronic voting system would be any more broken the the current system. Election fraud is rampant, especially in large cities.

For example, the average turnout amount dead voters in New Orleans is generally greater than those of us who are still alive. With internet voting in place, those dead people will keep right on voting electonically ... nothing changes.
