I think we're all on the same wavelength here--it's always an issue
that a smart company is going to consider and decide if it's worth
doing something about or not. No smart company will ever say, as
Loverock suggests, "it's not my problem." It's always the company
in question's problem, the question is going to be if it's necessary
or cost-effective to fix.
