I've got to agree with you on this one
Don't get me wrong, I consider even well secured Windows computers as major security risks. But if an end user has to do something to get infected then I cannot hold MS totally responsible for something like this.

I use Macs whenever possible, and they require you to enter an administrator username and password each time you install anything. But an end user can still install something that could compromise his system.

In that case, as it appears in this one, if that happens the user has no one to blame but himself.
