Penalty was WAY too lenient
It's not the hacking into some celebrity's phone that upsets me about this story. Read the OTHER things that he's done -- not only the threats of violence to schools, but also instigating denial-of-service attacks to a company that HE had hacked in the first place!

This little squirt thinks he's pretty mighty. 11 months' penalty is WAY too lenient. He should get 10 years' probation, like Mitnick did. We have to start showing these little parasites that there's a cost to their little "games". Frankly, this one ain't going to do it.
