Bill Gates' Responsibility
Honestly I hardly think he cares about what his responsibility is.
The operating system stinx' and he knows. He mostly likely
doesn't know how to fix the problems windows has. I say they
start a whole new operating system from the ground up. This is
the only way to get rid of all the similar problems they all have.
They need to take lessons on fixing things from under-dogs
such as apple who slowing are rising above them. With OS 10
they completely reworded the problems OS 9. Thus giving you a
clean more secure OS with less bugs. Something new needs to
come from the Microsoft company and I don't just mean a new
Xbox.
