LMAO. Like most good comedy, it's funny because it's true. A lot of people waste a lot of time hating companies, which always translates to unjustified hatred of real people in those companies -- people who are not actually the cause of the problems that engender that hatred in the first place.

Nigel's probably right. I hope you're not deluding yourself into thinking that the people who confuse reactive emotion with rational thought are actually going to learn anything from your original post.
