Nice In Theory Won't Work In Reality
While I admire your concept for suggesting that tech schools offer a course in tech ethics this is the real world and it would never work for several reasons. First no body would waste money taking the course, second what kind of teacher would you get to teach a course like that. Third, ethics is not something that you can teach. You either are a person that is not a criminal or is a criminal. If you are predisposed to not giving a damn about hurting people then you will do what ever you want or need to do to get what you want or need without a billionth of a nano second's thought to those that you might or would be hurting.

Trust me on that point. I have been defrauded by some people that I knew whom I am now seeking to destroy both by lawsuit (which I have already won by default because they never responded in any way to their suit papers and court filings) and by being an informant to the government with the IRS and the housing authority because they are committing rent subsidy fraud and I have 100% rock solid stand up in court documents proving their guilt. I wouldn't be doing any of this if they hadn't shown that they have no ethics and defrauded me in the first place.
