Ethics Courses
I don't know how long ago you folks went to college, but my university degree included at least 2 ethics courses, and my masters programs at least one.

I doubt these kids in their country had such courses or much sense of morality to begin with. Obviously, to them, we are all people from which to steal from. But their lack of ethics courses growing up is not an excuse to let them off from me. Lock 'em up for a long time! No P.C. aching heart here for any of these guys.
