You're right, it is interesting
Those are interesting excerpts from the MS filings. What I find most interesting is that they are actually including technical factors which are probably beyond the understanding of many of their investors, but which do honestly describe risks for company performance in the future. Personally, I'd credit Bernie Ebbers future living arrangements for motivating Microsoft's honesty. We actually did get something in exchange for a few billion dollars of stolen money!
