I think that's the "never heard of 'em" default
>on the basis of my SPF address appearing 3 times on

I have a domain that goes through an ISP's mailserver. I tried the domain name and they have NO records for it - no mail to/from it, no reference to the mailserver that serves it or ITS records, nothing. (They SHOULD know the mailserver in question, since the guy that runs it shovels mail for a LOT of people on his own and a lot of other domains and is a big wheel in one of the main blacklist organizations. They SHOULD be able to find that my domain's mail goes through him, since the MX record is out there - and both nameservers were up just now.) My domain was also labled "raised concern".

I also tried the IP address of my DSL line: They have no records of any email to or from it - on anybody else on the same /24 IP block. Also got a "raised concern".

I also own two Class C (/24) chunks of IPv4 address space (which aren't currently routed globally since the last ISP change because the current ISP - not the mailserver ISP, just transport - won't do it). Same story for these IP ranges.

I think "raised concern" means "We don't know squat about this guy. So we're slightly worried but can't put our finger on why."
