Some very good insight

I have to say that's some pretty good insight into the whole debate.

I myself, am a network admin for a company of about 325 people. We are a Windows shop, servers and all, run quite productivly, and trouble free. To me, they're all just computers and OS's, and Linux is just another OS that we have no need for. I give it no more thought then I do Mac or Unix, which is basiclly none.

Do I hate anybody becuase they don't use the OS I do? That's like getting bent out of shape on someone as they drive a Ford and I prefer Chevrolet.

I guess maybe it's becuase I actually do use it on a daily basis as it's my job, that I look at it as a tool, and like any tool, if used correctly, it will do exactly what you want it to do.

It sounds like you have a good handle on both OS's, so you do have a better understanding of what drives the "Zelots" on both sides.

At the end of the day I come home, spend time with the wife, or go work on the classic car in the garage.
