Examples don't work, look at the stats
If banging you head up against a wall isn't working do you continue to bang you head up against a wall? Usually that's time to sit back, reflect, and find a differnt angle to attack the problem.

I'd be willing to bet that fileswapping never decreased. Just the people doing the stats didn't look in the right place. Sure KAZZA user may have dipped and is probably still down from a year ago but people are just using another system to swap files that is being detected till now.
