The Courts arern't likely to "up the fines"....
....since the guidelines for those were laid out in the law that Hilary and her pals paid Congress to enact.

But I have no doubt that they could throw enough money at them to have it upped to 15 years in prison though. Forget murderers and rapists that get off with lighter penalties, the "pirates", THEY are the real menace to our peace loving society.
