What's gonna take for people to take security and data management SERIOUSLY? It's as if neither firms nor states care too much to take serious action.
Rediculous: the billions spent in trying to prop up MS windows and make it 1/2 way secure and repliable and the billions lost directly / indirectly in financial transactions with hijacked IDs will soon reach the levels of the regular business transactions!
Only if all this money had been invested in improving IT or doing basic, say medical, research, many many problems would had been solved.
