Mutation
Its true that polymorphic viruses already exist but the mutation to this day is more or less detectable. Certain antivirus vendors have implemented a costly detection method (forgot what it was called) which keeps track of execution and looks for a pattern behaviour of a virus. The mutation not present to this day is one that changes itself enough so that even the described detection technique is bypassed. Through further code and data segment self-manipulating code and encryption (methods used today) the likelyhood of an undetectable virus is high.

Other than that, I have to say this virus is not too bad as long as users look at what they click on (most of whom don't) and minimize their usage of Windows.
