If you note, no company
received a 100% rating, so I would presume that of all of the companies surveyed, the ones you mention at least inform the customer about potential changes to privacy policies. I am also presuming that those on the bottom of the list sell your information, do not allow you to remove your info (credit card numbers, name/email address, etc.) and generally pester the bejesus out of you with no opt out for their email spam.
