Please read the MS security advisory
If you read the security advisory (906267), you'll realize that just because the file is there doesn't mean you're vulnerable. There are quite a number of mitigating factors.

As much as I dislike Loverock's fawning praise of Microsoft, I think he's right this time. I can't see anyone wasting his time on trying to exploit a security hole that will affect very few Windows PCs.
