The good Mr Cox
I keep seeing the pontificatings of this MSoid. Is he actually employed by them, gets a freebie holiday from them twice a year or just plain dumb or is it all a big tease?
So far as I can see "legacy" in this context means "we have added a few bits to the previous model, rebadged it and want you to buy a whole new shebang". The motivation and only real result is corporate profit not technical advance. I find it hard to believe that anybody who'd reached the exalted position of the said Mr Cox could be so incapable of intelligent thought that he couldn't figure even this out. I therefore conclude that the good gentleman is simply pulling our plonkers. Any bets?
