"Linux is taking away business from Microsoft. But in many more cases, Linux is taking market share away from other Unix vendors. Look at the data."

What is always overlooked is that if linux takes away a unix guess what no longfer gets to take it? Thaz right, Windows. We all know there won't be any Windows replacing a unix. That is simply retarded. Any admin that'd do that should be fired immediately (and possibly beaten). But if Windows won't be advancing further then there is only one place to go. And this is assuming that linux will begin taking away some Windows desktop and server marketshare.

"Tell you what. The day that MS is a US only company, I'll buy you and 10,000 of your best friends dinner at a restaurant of your choice. Heck, I'll buy you all tickets to the Super Bowl."

Great! I'd like to have a nice yummy veal chop @ the Michael Jordan Steakhouse. Then I want to finish up with an afterparty @ Chucky Cheese!

"But if you think Microsoft is going to somehow fade away you're smoking crack."

Wulp, Microsoft is going away. And, in any event, I do smoke crack.
