- Microsoft offers Zotob removal tool
- Microsoft having to clean up lazy admins mess. At least MS took the initiative to make a cleaning tool since some people are too incompitent to update their own systems. This only goes to show that Microsoft does care about its customers, the same can't be said about another OS and its vendors.
