Parcel Force UK Hit by worm?

Yesterday I registered on the parcelforce website to have a
package collected and delivered. The driver never arrived! Well,
neadless to say I tried calling parcelforce to findout what was
going on - the phone said 'due to a technical fault our system is
unavailable. Please call back tomorrow'. So that I did, and the
same again. Eventually, after about 3hrs of trying to call, I got
through to a human being! Well, they gave me a number of my
local depot to call. So, I called them and they had an answer
phone message that says that they have a computer virus
infection and are unable to make collections. This is the number
to hear for yourself +44 (0) 8700 844 500 - Not sure if you will
be able to call this number outside of the UK. Anyway, I think it
is definately worth a mention in a ZDNET Article!
