Uh, no ... it was Gates who said it
Do a search on the Internet for the following phrase:

"640k should be enough for anybody."

Bill Gates was quoted as saying it in 1981.

In 1943, Thomas Watson, chairman of IBM was quoted as saying:

"I think there is a world market for maybe five computers."

Neither quote means anything because they were made so long ago ... but they are sort of humorous.
