We always get stuck
with the incompetent low bidder. It?s a library and the board has an average age of 80. They got a great deal on a bunch of junk pc that need parts replaced every other day an heating and AC system that breaks once a week. You know servers are much more reliable when the room temperature is above 95. But they did buy us a 20$ box fan to blow the hot air over them that will work, right.... the fan is from a low bidder.
