Why would you
take your laptop into an adult bookstore anyway? Do you have to keep it handcuffed to yourself at all times?

That's the part I don't get. It's the LAPTOP that's being tracked, not the person. A normal person takes a laptop to and from work and home, and perhaps they'll take it on a business trip or vacation, in which case it spends most of its time in a hotel room, some client's/vendor's office, and somewhere in transit in between. In other words, the laptop generally only goes places where the employer already knows where it is going be. If you go to a nude beach while on vacation, well geez I know some people who would take a laptop to a normal beach but why would you want to be spending your time fiddling around on a laptop at a nude beach?
