Who said the government is responsible for that?
Step back from the conspircy theory sites and come back and talk to me.

Make believe terrorist? You are a real a$$. Hmmm guess the two balance each other. Don't want your tax money spent on VOIP? Here is what you do. Go to Haliburton's website, get a job with them in Iraq. All money made in Iraq is tax free up to $86K and you stay for a year. I am sure you can get a job in the laundry or meals section. That will accomplish some good things. You will get your wish not to have your taxes go to fund this research, you will make more money than you are right now and I won't have to look at your assinine posts for at least a year. I see a win win situation here.
