SPAM: headers
You WANT the spammers to put up SPF records because it lets them be reliably filtered by blacklists.

Well, I can filter them by blacklists now without SPF. I want them to use SPF because that way I can reject SPF messages.

SPF records may not be quite the equivalent of a "SPAM:" header, but it's the best we have for now.
