Blackholes
84% of authenticated messages were spam? Excellent! That means that over 4/5 of authenticated messages were much more easily discarded as their domains were most likely on blacklists.

Well, that's a bit strong. I blackhole stuff coming from rr.com but not many people are willing to go that far.

In any case, I can blackhole rr.com just as readily without a license from Microsoft by checking with blackholes.us for rr.com IP addresses. DNS-based blackhole lists have the huge advantage of rejecting spam at the HELO/ELHO stage instead of going all the way to the DATA stage, by which time it's too late and the message has already been received.

The end result is that if you want to use a blackhole list, you don't need sender authentication, and if you don't use a blackhole list it's worthless.

Right now, the best use I have for sender authentication is as a term in a weighted "spam factor." That 84% means that a "Sender ID" message already has two strikes so I don't need much more of a hint to reject it.
