(OFF TOPIC) Flamers run Rampid on these ZDNET forums
Unless ZDNET does something to curb the flamers and trolls on the forums, the forums will become even less relevant than they already are. ZDnet needs moderators and member standards of conduct. This ?talkback? is yet another example of flamers railing against things they know little about, blaming Microsoft, and not bothering to even feign the appearance of staying on topic.

Nowhere in the body of the article is Microsoft mentioned. The article is about a security issue related to hacker?s ability to mask their activity on the internet by avoiding areas that are monitored by internet sensors such as the SANS. But leave it to the intrepid members of ZDNet to immediately go off on some tangent about Microsoft and whine about the big bad Internet. It is idiotic at best.

Look, If you are going off topic. Write (OFF TOPIC) in your subject header post, so we know that you're not going to contribute anything related to the topic itself, but as usual go about bashing Microsoft or anything else with which you feel threatened.

Sheesh people.
