I guess MS KNOWS WELL that
these people

1) TEST MS's crapware for FREE and
2) as soon as they get officially hired, their effectiveness (or mental acuity) would drop down to the the levels of the 'regular' MS staff ... ("doode don't touch my pepperoni pizza and that's MY dr peper...")
