Just shows lack of understanding
Hacker does not mean criminal. It's not a crime to hack things. It's a crime to use you skill as a hacker to commit crimes such a fraud and such.

What you're implying here that anyone who is a hacker is a criminal. That's like saying anyone who owns or knows how to use a gun is a criminal.
