You can charge for anything Linux. If your
software incorporates GPL'd code, for example,
you must provide the source code with your
software and permit any and all to distribute it
as they will. Red Hat is not free as in no
cost. If you develop a package that is wholly
your own and wish to sell it, than you may
license it any way you wish and keep it wholly
proprietary.
