Hacking hotels through the TV
As an ex-technology worker and a new hospitality worker, I realize that once someone is determined to break into systems and they have the knowledge, they can do it. From my experience, the problem lies with the managers in the hospitality industry. 99% of them claim they are technology experts, yet they cannot perform the advanced Excel, PowerPoint, or Word task they must do to get their jobs done, and they are not prepared to learn. As an ex-tech person, I talk about these very technology issues, and they don't want to hear it, because they don't know how to handle them. After the first lawsuit, the industry will wake-up.
